Ivy Court is at the south west tip of Wales in the UK, in the very centre of the peninsular surrounded by the spectacular Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

Ivy Court is a group of ten cottages which have been brilliantly converted from Victorian farm buildings. They stand within three acres of pleasantly landscaped grounds, which were awarded the Wales in Bloom Landscaping Trophy in 1996.

There's croquet and badminton, a heated covered swimming pool, an all-weather surface tennis court and a children's play garden.

Each property has off-road parking and a private garden or picnic area.

Swallow's Cottage: WTB Grade 5:Sleeps 4 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Space for a cot in either bedroom. Radiant gas fire (living room) and gas central heating. Gas cooking. Shower.

Stable Cottage: WTB 4 Star: Sleeps 3/4 1 double bedroom and a bedroom with single bed and an optional 2'6" bed which may be substituted for a cot. Radiant gas fire (living room). Electric heaters and storage heater. Bath/shower.

The Roses: WTB 5 Star: Sleeps 4 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom. Space for cot in either bedroom. Electric fires, storage heaters. Electric cooking. Bath/shower. Washing machine, freezer, telephone.

Carthouse Cottage: WTB 4 Star : Sleeps 4/5 1 double bedroom with space for a cot and a bedroom containing twin single beds and an optional 2'6" single bed which may be substituted for a cot. Electric fire (living room), storage heaters. Bath/shower.

Shippen Cottage: WTB 4 Star : Sleeps 5/6 1 double bedroom with space for a cot, a bedroom containing a single bed and an optional 2'6" single which may be substituted for a cot and a loft bedroom (steep steps) with twin single beds. Lake Cottage: WTB Grade 5: Sleeps 4/6 1 double bedroom with space for a cot, a bedroom with twin singles with space for a cot and small children's room with bunk beds. Radiant gas fire (living room), gas central heating. Bath/shower.

Granary Cottage: WTB 4 Star: Sleeps 6/7 1 double bedroom with space for a cot, one bedroom containing twin single beds and an optional 2'6" single which may be substituted for a cot and a loft/gallery bedroom (steep steps) with twin single beds. Wales Tourist Board Grading Scheme The Wales Tourist Board uses STARS to denote quality, and the grading runs from 1 to 5 stars, reflecting quality of facilities and services provided.

All 3, 4 and 5 star accommodation will be entirely self contained. In addition, 5 star accommodation will have: an additional bath/shower and WC for units sleeping seven or more people; beds made up for guests on arrival; freshly launderd bath mats for each letting; washing machine either in the property or available in a shared facility; full-sized cooker; outside drying area or electric dryer; sleeping exclusively in designated bedrooms; on-site parking/reserved space.
