Sleeps 5 + child's bed (plus cot).

A charming 3 bedroom cottage which was once the milking parlour (shippen means cowshed). The attractive living room with kitchen/dining area overlooks the croquet lawn. A lobby leads to the bathroom (with shower over bath) and out to a private patio area with picnic bench.

• Bedroom 1: Double bed with space for cot if requested.
• Bedroom 2: Single bed and a 2'6" child's bed which can be folded away when not required or replaced by a cot if requested.
• Bedroom 3: Twin single beds in hayloft bedroom with views over the dam and lake. As this bedroom is reached by steep hayloft steps is it not suitable for very young children or elderly people.
