Hidden away within its own grounds 80 yards from our main gates near the tennis court, "The Roses" has a secluded garden surrounded by high hedges and mature trees. A formal living room adjoins a separate dining room. Patio door to garden. The well proportioned kitchen has generous storage space and work surfaces. This cottage has its own washing machine, fridge-freezer and a pay telephone. Large bathroom with shower over bath.

• Bedroom 1: Double bed with space for a cot if requested.
• Bedroom 2: Twin singles beds with space for a cot if requested.

This cottage is ideal for people with limited mobility and has been awarded Accessibility Catagory 3 by the Wales Tourist Board.
