Booking Conditions
Arrival/departure: Cottages are available after 4 p.m. on the Friday or Saturday of arrival (depending on the cottage ""start day") and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on departure day. These times may only be varied for winter "short breaks".
Capacity Numbers staying must not exceed the stated maximum (Capacity limits can be found under details of individual cottages)
Damage: We ask that care is taken with the property. Accidental damage or breakages of a minor nature will not normally be charged but the occupier will be liable for damage over approximately £10.00.
Swimming pool: Use of the pool Is entirely at residents risk. Users must comply with the safety rules and children must be accompanied by a competent adult. The swimming pool is for residents' use. Prior consent must be obtained before residents' guests (day visitors) are allowed access to the pool.
Dogs: Dog owners must seek prior approval before bringing their pet to Ivy Court. £20 per week is payable. Only one dog per cottage is accepted. The dog must not be left alone in the property. The owner must provide the animal with a sleeping basket, box or blanket. The dog must not be allowed in bedrooms or on furniture (the dog owner may incur cleaning expenses if this rule is not observed).
Dogs must be under control, kept on a lead within the grounds, prevented from fouling the grounds (there are plenty of suitable exercising spaces in Llys-y-Fran) and not cause annoyance to other people (for example through excessive barking). We reserve the right to request the removal of the animal if any of these conditions are disregarded. All these conditions apply to dogs which sleep in a car of the dog owning group.
Cancellation: Please inform us immediately if you have to cancel your holiday. If we are able to relet the property for the same period your money will be repaid less £30 administration charge. If we are unable to relet, the rent will be payable in full. Note when we send our booking confirmation to you we will enclose a proposal form for a low cost Holiday Cancellation Insurance scheme which covers you against this liability.
Credit Cards: All credit card transactions are charged at 2.5%.
